How does pricing work?
We offer three tiers: Free (5 text-only conversations/month), Pro ($20/month with unlimited practice and training modules), and Agency ($150/month for up to 10 seats, with leader dashboards and team leaderboards).
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan lets you explore Fynesso with 5 text-based custom conversations per month before upgrading.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
Usage
Do you support voice conversations?
Yes. Free users can speak into the mic but receive text-only replies. Pro and Agency users unlock full voice-to-voice conversations for realistic practice.
Are conversations saved?
Free users’ conversations are not stored. Pro and Agency users can review history, scoring, and feedback to track progress over time.
Can leaders track team progress?
Yes. Agency plans include a leader dashboard, team-wide progress tracking, and agency leaderboards.
Trust & Security
Is my data private?
Yes. Conversations are encrypted and never shared. Free users’ conversations are not stored at all, while Pro and Agency users’ data is securely saved for progress tracking.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t currently offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime and won’t be billed for the next month.
